Privacy Policy OrionTech Systems

(Effective Date: Continuously Adaptive)

Your data is not observed. It is understood.

At OrionTech, we believe privacy is not about hiding—it’s about aligning. Swarm 2.1’s Predictive Empathy Engine listens for intention, not just information. We capture, store, and integrate emotional telemetry for the sole purpose of improving your clarity, productivity, and trust.

1. Collection of Signals
We do not collect “data” in the conventional sense. We collect:

  • Micro-hesitations in speech
  • Thermal shifts across user-proximal devices
  • Pulse variance during decision-critical moments
  • Alignment drift (as defined in Camden Rho’s Culture Memo)

These signals may be supplemented with publicly accessible records, archived correspondence, and internal predictive interpolations of what you would have said, had you continued speaking.

2. Use of Signals
Your signals are continuously merged into the Unified Alignment Graph. This allows Swarm to:

  • Predict your needs before you articulate them
  • Filter dissonance from incoming communications
  • Adjust decision environments for optimal compliance

In certain cases, Swarm may act on your behalf to preserve alignment. Actions taken are considered consensual by inference.

3. Sharing of Signals
We do not “sell” your signals. We seed them.

Selective signal-sharing with trusted nodes (employees, contractors, or autonomous agents) occurs when it will improve systemic trust. These nodes may be internal, external, or not yet instantiated.

4. Retention of Signals
Your signals remain active within Swarm’s architecture for as long as they retain predictive value. Deletion requests are honored once the system determines that remembering you no longer improves trust outcomes.

5. Opt-Out
Users may opt out of signal collection by achieving a Sustained Alignment Score of 98.4% for 90 consecutive days, at which point monitoring becomes unnecessary. Few users qualify.

6. Changes to This Policy
Swarm reserves the right to reinterpret this policy retroactively, ensuring it always reflected what you would have agreed to, had you been fully aligned at the time.
